On-site sessions are conducted at the customer's premises.  The classes are instructed by only ITIL V3 Expert Certified Trainers.  This includes the Foundation Level.  We will not comprise the quality of our courses with a trainer that reads the presentation slides to you.  Some of the benefits of our Accredited Classroom Training includes:
